Plagues majority of college students. Symptoms include:
Excessive Netflix consumption.
Accrual of responsibilities for niche clubs or greek organizations.
Constant feeling of stress or inadequacy.
Inability to concentrate.
Tendency to ruminate over hypothetical situations.

Cure:
Unstructured blocks of time for focused work.
Cross discipline approach to solving or understanding problems.
Distinguishing between urgent tasks (now now now!) and important tasks (ones worth doing).
